About the Package:
Together Cath and Hayley will assist and support you on your wellness journey by taking a holistic approach and focusing on prevention along with treatment.
We support a range of health concerns including, but not limited to, weight management, women’s health, hormonal imbalances, sleep difficulties, stress management, low immune system, colds and flus, allergies, food intolerances, gut related illnesses, high blood pressure, diabetes, pain management.
Working with two health experts over 2-3 months you will and benefit from their combined knowledge and experience as they provide an individualisd treatment plan and support you to make change and lead a healthier lifestyle.
